I’m Alyssa.
I am a Senior Product Designer, Service Designer, and Mentor living in Chicago, Illinois. When I am not designing, you can find me at an art museum, hanging out with my family, or working on my personal styling project, Style Sidekick.
I helped a large health insurance organization create strategies for innovation, collaboration, and customer empathy. Our team talked to users, surfaced critical issues, and prototyped solutions for enhancing the customer experience.
